To permanently delete your Heirloom ID account, fill out the form below. In the message field type "DELETE MY ACCOUNT". Please note that all of your Credentials associated with your Heirloom ID will be deleted as well. However, the issuers who sent you any Credentials will still have visibility of those Credentials unless you reach out to them directly to revoke and remove.
